No, it isn’t “too good to be true”. You pay for their services so of course, you have full control:
If self-publishing is not what you are looking for, steer clear from any self-publishing company like the above. Self-publishing means you pay for what you get.
I really don’t recommend self-publishing. An independently run publishing house would be the better alternative. They’re above board, and the author still gets at least a bit of control.
